Ginger is one of my favorite spices and I really like the idea of putting it in smoothies. In this drink I added quite a lot of fresh ginger, but you can use less if you find it too strong. As in the Choco-Coco Banana Shake I use oat milk. It’s not gluten free but you can make it with other plant based milk if you prefer – or cows milk if you’re not in the green mood. Serve it as breakfast, lunch or as a snack for the children in the afternoon.
Raspberry & Ginger Shake
1 serving (300 ml)
70 gram raspberries, frozen or fresh
1 piece of ginger (3 cm/1″)
200 ml organic oat milk or other plant based milk
- Place all ingredients in a mixer and mix on high speed until smooth. Serve in a tall glass. Bon appétit.
